We're making Guild even BETTER!
When we first started Guild, to provide members with the exclusive benefits we had planned, we had to create a completely separate site to host The Guild. This system has occasionally caused confusion and inconvenience. Since we want shopping at Mythologie and accessing your Guild benefits to be fun, easy, and simple, we're changing things.
As of August 1st, we are combining the Guild and Public sites into a single site.
What does this mean for you, loyal Guild member? Read our FAQ below to have your questions answered:
The new Guild site is available NOW. You can sign up to start your new guild experience with all of your current benefits and more at this link.
The cancellation of existing membership payments begins July 27th. Worry not-- we are offering a FREE month of Guild to current members so you can continue to enjoy your Guild benefits right away.
Use code FREEMONTH at checkout to receive your first 30 days of new Guild free. Expires Midnight (PDT), Tuesday, July 31st.
Because you will need to re-approve payments, on-going subscriptions will be canceled on July 31st so you can renew them on the new site with the same 15% off discount automatically applied.
A perfect chance to go over your current candle options and set them up exactly as you want them! To view your current subscriptions, simply log into your Guild account on the previous website here and click "Manage subscriptions" under the account menu.
This subscription will also be canceled, so you can go ahead and purchase the Fall Quarterly Seasonal Box on the main website once it is available on August 1st.
This will restart your subscription on the main website so you can set it and forget it!
While no new orders or subscriptions may be placed on the old Guild site after July 27th, we will leave account records up so you can access your past orders for 60 days (until September 30th). You can log into your old Guild account here.
All orders placed on or before July 27th will be fulfilled as usual. You will receive an email with the tracking information once they are on the way.
